Our Team

Ron Ramsey commenced trading as R.W. Ramsey & Company (RWR & Co) in 1957, making this one of the longest established accountancy practices in the Ipswich region. Ron's son Brian joined the firm in 1980, and took over the reigns when Ron retired in 1991. In July 1995 three more partners were admitted, Kerry Drennan, Paul Saba & Neil Morris. Since then, Kerry and Paul have retired and been replaced from within the firm. Brian has stepped down as partner as he moves towards retirement.

Our Partners are:

• Neil Morris – Audit, commenced July 1988 with RW Ramsey & Co (CA)
• Andrew Risson – Taxation and Financial Planning, commenced June 1993 with RW Ramsey & Co (CPA)
• Peta Harland - Taxation, commenced May 2006 with RW Ramsey & Co (CPA)
• Bradley Taylor - Taxation, commenced July 2018 with RW Ramsey & Co (CA)

We have come a long way from when RWR & Co first started in a single room above Saba Brothers Drapery in Nicholas Street, with the firm now employing 28 accounting, finance and administrative professionals. In 1977, a second office was opened in Boonah to help service that growing part of South-East Queensland.

While we have certainly expanded we have always kept the determination, honesty & integrity that Ron brought to the practice back in 1957.

With a diverse range of clients in terms of industry, geographic location and the types of services required, our firm has extensive experience in a variety of accounting and income tax requirements for both large and small business clients.
